Forms will be added as they become available so be sure to check back often. You may print off and complete the required forms and bring them to the Township Office, 89 Lovey's Street, Hickson, Ontario or you can pick up copies of the forms at the Township Office.
Candidates are required to book an appointment with Clerk, Meaghan Vader to file their forms and ensure they have completed all the necessary paperwork.
