Voter Information Letters for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election have been mailed and will begin arriving in mailboxes across East Zorra-Tavistock.

When your letter arrives:

• Check that your information is correct.
• Keep your Voter Information Letter and PIN in a safe place.
• Follow the instructions in your letter when it's time to vote.

Voting opens Tuesday October 13, 2026 at 9:00am and closes at 8:00pm on Monday October 26, 2026.

Eligible electors can vote online or by telephone during the voting period. Voter Assistance Centers will also be available for anyone who needs help voting or does not have access to a device, internet connection or telephone.

Haven’t received your letter by October 16?

If your Voter Information Letter hasn’t arrived, has been lost or stolen, or you need assistance with your voter information, contact the Clerk’s Office or visit the Township Administration Centre at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson. Identification is required to receive a replacement letter.
