The Township has adopted a policy and process to consider construction of accessibility improvements (handicap ramps, lifts, etc.) on public property. The information package can be downloaded or can be obtained from the Township Office. This package contains the policy and guidelines for these proposals, process to be followed and includes a sample agreement that must entered into with the Township.

Before commencing with any development, you should contact the Director of Building & Development Services/Chief Building Official to determine whether this policy would be applicable to your proposal and to determine what approvals may be required.
