During the Meeting
- Council reviewed correspondence from the County of Oxford, including the review of A Place to Grow and the Provincial Policy Statement (PPS); Municipal Blue Box Program Transition update; Draft Transportation Master Plan; and Draft Water and Wastewater Master Plan.
- Council requested that Township staff to reach out to the County of Oxford Public Works staff to request a presentation outlining how anticipated water and wastewater capital projects will be funded.
- Staff reports were received. Highlights included updates on the Strategic Plan Request for Proposal, and the construction of the new Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street.
Planning Matters
- Sitting as the Committee of Adjustment and then in public meeting, Council approved the Application for Minor Variance #A-5-2023. 65 Young Street.
