Council meets next on Wednesday May 15, 2024 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario. 

Agenda Summary:

1. Council will receive a delegation and correspondence from the Hickson Lions Club regarding a community room donation, and requesting a designation of municipal significance for upcoming events. 
2. Council will also receive and consider a request to support the Municipality of Huron Shore's efforts to urge the Ontario Government to promptly resume the Assessment Cycle. 
3. Staff Reports will be presented for Council's review and consideration to place "no dumping" signs along Township roads, and updates to the Booking Requirements at Township Facilities. 
4. The monthly CAO/Treasurer report will be presented to Council. 
5. By-law #2024-19 for Additional Policing Services will be presented to Council for consideration and adoption.
