Council meets next on Wednesday August 7, 2024 at 9:00am. The meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario.

1. Council will review and consider Minor Variance Application A-2-2024 for 100 Fred Krug Avenue.

2. The following correspondence will be received and reviewed by Council:

   • April - May 2024 Rural Oxford Economic Development Activity Report
   • Upper Thames River Conservation Authority request for support
   • Rail Safety Week 2024
   • Oxford County's update on Punkeydoodles Corner intersection improvements
   • Tavistock Agricultural Society's Fall Fair Municipal Significance request
3. Staff reports will be presented with information pertaining to the Regional Fire Training Centre, Township Organizational Chart,  and the Recreation Advisory Committee. 
4. The draft Strategic Plan will be presented to Council for their consideration.
