Council meets next on Wednesday September 4, 2024 at 9:00am. The meeting will be held at the Township Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street, Hickson, Ontario. 

Agenda Summary:

1. A public meeting will be held to consider housekeeping amendments to the Township's Comprehensive Zoning By-law. 
2. Oxford County Library will provide a programming update for Ox on the Run, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Oxford County will provide a presentation to Council. 

3. The following correspondence will be received and reviewed by Council:

   • Safe and Well Oxford Summit 2024 details 
   • Oxford County's Housing and Homelessness 10 Year Plan
   • Tavistock Royals Municipal Alcohol Policy exception request
4. Councillor Jeremy Smith will report on the recent AMO Conference, and will lead discussion regarding village welcome signs in Innerkip. 
5. By-laws will be presented for consideration by Council regarding the Comprehensive Road By-law, Employee Appointment By-law, and a Zoning By-law Amendment Request for ZN2-023-07.
