Council meets next on Wednesday October 18, 2023 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Innerkip Community Centre, 695566 17th Line, Innerkip, Ontario.

Agenda Summary:

1. Council will review and discuss a resolution from the Township of Zorra regarding rural road jurisdiction in civil court proceedings. 
2. Information will be received concerning Oxford County Community Planning's work to undertake a formal review and consideration of measures to increase residential density. 
3. Notice will be received of County Council's approval in principle of the draft 2024 Water and Wastewater Master Plan. Included in the plan are upgrades in both water and wastewater infrastructure in the Township. 
4. Notice will also be received of County Council's approval in principle of the draft 2024 Transportation Master Plan.
5. Council will review and consider Staff Report BIDS2023-03 for the McLean Drain bid award. 
6. A staff report from Human Resources will be received and considered by Council regarding policy updates on retiree benefits, and working alone. 
7. Various staff departmental reports will be reviewed, including By-law, Corporate Services, and Treasury.
