Council meets next on Wednesday June 21, 2023 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Innerkip Community Centre, 695566 17th Line, Innerkip, Ontario.

Agenda Summary:

1. Council will consider reports regarding the termination of the Building Services agreement with Blandford-Blenheim, as well as an update on the progress of our Secondary Plan Project. 
2. Oxford County Community Planning will present an application for Zone Change in order to permit Additional Residential Units (ARUs) in the Township. 
3. A delegation from John Cockburn on behalf of the Innerkip Meadows Group is scheduled regarding excess water flow and flooding issues. 
Various staff reports will be presented. Highlights include:
• The Spray Pad RFP has closed and staff are evaluating proposals. 
• The 2022 Audit is upcoming.
• Staff are preparing for the implementation of our new Municipal Alcohol Policy as of September 1, 2023, including training and consulting with user groups.
