2022 Municipal Election Voter Help Center and Voting Opens

Official voting for the 2022 Municipal and School Board elections and the Voter Help Center opens tomorrow at 9:00am! Voting will take place between 9:00am on Thursday October 13, 2022 until 8:00pm on Monday October 24, 2022. You can vote at any time during this period.
The Voter Help Center is located at 90 Loveys Street in Hickson at the Township's Administration Office and is open during regular office hours for anyone who needs assistance with voting.

2022 Municipal Election Voter Instruction Letters Have Arrived

Voter Instruction Letters (VILs) have now arrived! You need your VIL in order to vote in the 2022 municipal election.
If you don't receive a Voter Instruction Letter it may mean your address is incorrect or you are not on the voters list. You can confirm your information on the voters list at any time by filling out the Voters List Lookup form or by calling our office at 519-462-2697.
New Administration Building - Start of Construction

The Township of East Zorra-Tavistock Council gathered today at the facility site to mark the official start of construction for the Township’s New Administration Building at 89 Loveys Street.
The front of the building features the new Township Council Chambers and Community Hall with a glass façade to welcome and allow members of the public to see into the space, see when Council is in session, and encourage them to come in. The rear of the building will house administrative offices.

Voter Instruction Letters (VILs) are starting to arrive! Watch your mailboxes this week. Your Voter Instruction Letter for the 2022 Municipal Election should arrive in the mail by October 10.
The VIL is not junk mail – do not throw it out and keep it in a safe place until you use it! Included in the VIL will be voting instructions, as well as a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the voter.
