An Official Plan is a municipality’s primary strategic document for guiding land use and development. Official Plans are generally designed to guide community decisions for a set period of time – usually 20 years. Read the Official Plans page in the Citizens' Guide to land-use Planning prepared by the Province of Ontario for more information.
The Township of East Zorra-Tavistock follows the Official Plan of the County of Oxford. View the Official Plans on the Oxford County website. Please note that users of the electronic format of the Official Plan should verify it with the printed official information before acting on it.
